2) What is the delivery schedule like ?
We will ring you within 2hrs after received your order to final confirm the stock availability.
3) What is the warranty of Tresor watch winder ?
Your personal data is being collected, and may be used for contacting you in relation to the purposes of servicing the warranty or for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes (the “Purpose”). Tresor will handle your personal data in compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and all regulations thereunder. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for requests to access or correct personal data.
Limited Local Warranty
- Tresor Watch Winder is warranted for the specified Warranty Period from the date of original retail purchase against defects in quality and materials under normal, non-commercial use.
- This limited warranty is only valid in Singapore, and the Product is not eligible for any international warranty service.
- This warranty is not transferable.
- It is your responsibility to remove any accessories, external parts or other attachments prior to handing in for servicing. Tresor shall not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction to any such Accessories which are not removed.
- Defects due to the following reasons are considered out of warranty and charges will apply:a) Open or attempted repair by a non-approved technician.
b) Drop or breakage.
- The following items are not covered by the warranty: a) Scratches, dirt, stain, broken glass, or broken parts. b) Normal wear and tear.
If the unit needs service, please make sure it is packed in its original packaging or is packaged in a highly-cushioned manner. The cost of shipping must be prepaid.
4) What is the payment mode ?

c. CASH ON DELIVERY
COD (Cash On Delivery) is a method of payment where you can buy products from our online store and then make payment at the time of delivery in Singapore. COD payment must be paid in Cash to our delivery staff. We will call you within 72 hours after order is received to confirm for the delivery date.
